Account is online, user is not.

Ok, the whole day my account has been stuck online. It says that Either I am online on there is a server maintenance or something. Ever since the pap event, I lagged and d/c'ed. Can someone help?

The website thing does not work, I tried it. It says that my person is already logged out. Even those it is not. If a solution was already made, I apologize for wasting your time reading this.
